Global order
Every element in the universe is in a constant move of action. These actions are conditioned by a framework that ensures efficacy, contribution and avoidance of clashes. All these individual frameworks are components of a major network or framework, known as order.
Even if one object trespasses the frame, its nature and energy levels are disturbed, affecting also its associate circles, ending in emergence of universal disorders. This undue interference is caused only by qualified life forms in the name of humans, which infects their own system along with systems of nature and subhuman species. Perfect human models straighten the erroneous and dormant humans by many means and strive for installation and perpetuation of order.

Evolution of ethics
Spiritual philosophy holds that every life is endowed with consciousness that is complete and eternally perfect. Liberated and elevated beings alone are capable of owning unalloyed potential consciousness. Bondage with material systems and process suppresses and adulterates consciousness grades of simple humans making them prone to violations, insensitivity and inefficiency. This aberration reflects in living, learning, earning and common environments and is absorbed into the mass by imitation and following, shaping a chaotic society. In mature and refined humans, sense and spirit of righteousness takes a dominant charge in alerting, assisting and leading them in the right path, ignoring adverse instincts and pressures. This force, designated as conscience, ‘call of self’ is forceful in higher mind planes and feeble in fragile ones.
Learning, inheritance, inculcation, initiation and experiences sculpt a strong and uncompromising will, directed by conscience. This developed state of mind constitutes one’s morale. Factors enlisted above are provisions for knowledge, action, resistance and corrections in life behaviors but they cannot enforce qualities by themselves. Their force should kindle and coordinate with our will, their respondent and counterpart. For this process, a mild enforcement with illustrative, emphatic and repetitive trials is initiated in the name of ethics.

Ethics and laws
Ethics ignites broader concern, analysis and introspection in the pursuer making him to realize the nature and impact of every action on his life, future, associates, generation and wider society. Such person is qualified with a special self-accountability spirit where he will be monitored, directed, controlled, reported, blamed and punished by himself, more than by external systems. Right behavior springs from three sources; force of inner mind, fear of punishment and fruits for right deeds. Ethics handles the first, law operates with the base of second and social welfare strives for the third.
Even though rigid enforcement agencies like law, order and judiciaries are active and powerful, they have limits and defects, when compared with ethical administration.
·         Social care of law is very infinitesimal as it merely stipulates its subjects to refrain from unruly engagements and threatens them with punishments. Cultivation and maintenance of nobility is expected from a person’s family, academic, social, religious and personal inheritances. Law has stronger enforcement than other branches of administration like education, culture and social welfare that assist learning and practicing of discipline and minimize opportunities for violation. Ethics, if handled with extreme vigor will overrule the law ‘dominant’ and ‘power abuse’ societies and will establish an ethical society. 
·         Ethical structure consists of four divisions; subtle, simple, serious and heinous. But it focuses on first two divisions, precluding emergence of the other two that are administered by law enforcement. Ethics uproots crimes in their germination (thought) levels whereas law and its allies interfere only in stages of expression (intimidation), planning, attempt and execution. In many issues they enter only when issues reach massive and monstrous stages. Subtle disturbances beyond the purview and control of law, bondage and responsibility can be handled only by ethics. Thus ethics is an inexpensive and slow but impactful device for preventing and minimizing social disorders.
·         In a developing society, more time, resources and energy are diverted for investigation, prosecution and correction duties. The workload is increasing like anything, as their transformational or even control impact is very marginal.
·         Even rigid mechanisms have loopholes and flexibilities where one can avoid or minimize exposure, report, investigation, prosecution and penalization through influence. Powerful persons are in safe zones beyond the reach of any rigid mechanism. Even in case of favor, the rescue process is highly strenuous and time consuming. Severity of these machineries is targeted only towards weak, helpless and virtuous.

Ethics- A complete view
Ethicists argue for complete and absolute ethical standards with zero tolerance to anti-ethics. They establish that any neglect or underestimation of minor violations may manure their horrendous growth;
·         Character crisis in one life domain may infect other domains also;
·         Such defects are strong sources of negative inspirations and they easily pollute others also.
·         Violations are estimated not by their mere nature but by situations and response of receivers. In such cases, even simple negligence may cause colossal damage on vulnerable people, in sensitive situations.
Generally, it is opined that negative thoughts never harm anybody and expressions affect lesser than execution. But in subtle view, malevolent thoughts erode moral stability and courage, facilitating wrong side entries, in challenging circumstances. Similarly impact of expressions on delicate minds is more than harming deeds and moral fabric of the deliverer collapses due to cumulative effect of such expressions.

Minor ethical violations those are innocuous or cause infinitesimal disruption are within tolerable limits and hence considered as negligible. To be ethical simply means ‘not involving in wrong deeds’ that we call as undue interference of any degree. In complete view, ethics is integrity and commitment for a greater cause beyond the boundaries of narrow or personal duty.
If being engaged in one’s own duty and not harming others alone are parameters of ethics, then all sub-human species are qualified as they adhere to their own nature and do not encroach. Human ethics has distinguishable features that levy heavy risks on mankind.
·         Humans are granted provisions for understanding of ‘act, purpose and impacts’ and intentions to deal, avoid and contravene. They need to develop ‘research, realization and resistance’ and conduct ethics. Other species don’t have this challenge and risk.
·         Man has broader life structure with need for huge fulfillments and continuous progress. To manage ethics along with fulfillment and progress exercises, is indeed a tough challenge.
·         Third risk is additional and extended responsibility of motivating and controlling others, compensation and collaborative action.
Ethics needs efficiency for achievement and developments. Ethics through commitment force supports birth and growth of efficiency. Commitment never allows excuses like ignorance, helplessness and other defects.
A committed person never says that he does not know and he cannot do. He spares no effort in knowing the requisites and functions of his service, earning needed force to act and intensifying his efficiency for accomplishing the goal. Commitment expands the boundaries of what you should do, increases the levels of what you can do and stretches your ability to match the task demand.
In normal and perfunctory duties, one may be just reward-oriented, ‘evading his services or just work for what he receives’. Social concern makes services unconditional where he never receives or minds rewards, serves more than his payment’s demand and even contributes his resources for the cause. This is different from misplaced loyalty contexts where ethical extremists working for undeserving causes and persons, are exploited.

Ethical optimism
Rationalists and pessimists are not capable of perceiving a complete ethical society. In spite of accepting need for ethical pervasion and domination, total transformation that too in the present social set up is unimaginable to their minds and brains. But ethical drive is based on power of ‘positive assumption ad action’ or optimism. Even in cases of failures, it cements following beliefs;
·         Every global resident certainly has latent goodness and succeeding talent with him.
·         There will be another assuring way for their manifestation and materialization, even If one way is fruitless.
·         They can be achieved by a different method, even If one method abandons us.
·         Time favor and maturity will expedite success in prospective attempts, even if one attempt fails.
·         Right person can achieve the deal, in case of struggle for other agents
·         Same approach can be successful with more force and action
Hence ethical change and sustenance is feasible.

Common ethical foundation and applications
a)      Applied ethics in different divisions is governed by a common ethical foundation, mainly based on three rules.
·         Every benefit should be directed for proper use. The benefit should have been derived from proper source and process. Unfortunately, in practice, especially in business practices, ethical standards are compromised in any one or two or all of the three. 
·         Ethics favors human networking and bondage. Man is losing his ability to form or work with right team and has become unsuitable for collective operations. Instead of providing as well as receiving inspiration, motivation, guidance, recognition and upliftment supports for talent boosting and team success, he fashions and faces only frictions and collisions sponsored by a medley of avarice, ego, tension and even lifestyle disorders. It starts with subtle harm of ill-wishing, impoliteness and discouragement and ends with non- recognition, suppression and exploitation of labor, talents and loyalty.
·         Sincerity is the main driver behind all successful duties. Lack of sincerity results in procrastination, stagnation, conditional functioning and quality deficit bringing disorder, loss and collapse. Intrusions to sincerity should be countered by vigor to manage them and by alertness and preparedness to face unpredictable circumstances.

Religions and Ethics
Religion is followed as pathway to God. In all religions, He is a strict ethicist and embodiment of knowledge, power, mercy and justice. He has special attachment towards those who serve Him and society. He loves and graces only those who are qualified or seekers of purity and maturity. He supports aspirants with His benevolence and pardons our sins for expediting transformation and spiritual progress. This is and this only could be the quintessential message of all religions.
But in religious practices lacking foundation, divine pardon is taken as an unlimited and unconditional advantage; remedies are considered as preventive shields for prospective sins; deities are treated as mere wish stones that grant our wishes and votaries always glorify their attachment towards God without craving and customizing themselves for God’s love. God, the most perfect model is a distant star when compared to man’s despicable status and yet he beseeches excuses and grants from Him. But he thinks ill of his social associates and refuses to extend the same to them.  
In present model, devotion is a license to err and opportunities are less for ethical correction. Reformers should bring back ideal facets of religion where one’s moral fabric is strengthened by divine belief and practices.  
Religions can have varying views in their scriptures and respective ideologies. But when they are presented and projected in the society, they should be well structured with two features. One is ability to transform its inmates and second is maturity to tolerate others. Social suitability of religions is not based on its assurance of salvation to its followers but on providing harmonious coexistence for other fellowmen.
Religions also prescribe exclusive ethics in forms of religious discipline, duties and special observances, along with common ethics. Religious ethics is meant for strengthening divinity and ethical spirit. We can find differences of opinion in religions related to fixing of good and evil, volume of act and volume of benefit-punishments, and remedies. Still a common religious understanding in basic ethics should be made available and practicable.
In religious perspective, even if one is ethical, he needs to be dedicated to God for getting ‘stability to be ever ethical, courage and stamina for fighting against impacts of our earlier aberrations and other external repulsions’. Moreover, evincing love, gratitude and obedience towards the first and best benefactor is ‘ethics of ethics’. Hence, ethics cannot be a total substitute for devotion even though God is more visible in ethical living and service. Similarly divine service is neither ethical exemption nor substitute.
Social ethics
Bringing equality is social justice. Social justice prevails in a place where contributive justice can reach its last member and retributive justice can touch its first person. Inequality is also a part of universal nature and structure. Social ethics and welfare can be comprehended only through proper understanding of these two features. 
Inequalities are of three types; dimensional, defective and destructive.
·         Dimensional inequality is justifiable and irremediable. There are innumerable species and standards in the world. Among men also, we see many divisions of knowledge and skills. They appear to be unequal but are equal in their respective significances. World has a reason to bear these varieties.
·         Defective inequalities are caused by human weakness and social negligence. Inequality prevails in accessing resources and affordability. Access can be provided only through proper functioning of benefactor systems and vigilant action of beneficiaries. Ability and utility sense of opportunities, with support of health, involvement and environmental favor, make ventures gainful, ensuring affordability. In social structure, we find dominant inequalities in all these factors. Hence only selected few are gifted with positions, promotions and competition success in social race. As a result, we see vast cleavages in status of living. Social ethics is providing encouragement and empowerment to all needy to incubate more success makers. If affected are activated by providing required attention and maximum possible care, these inequalities can be considerably removed.
·         Destructive inequalities are organized by crooks. Unlimited growth is extended to limited people whereas many others are dumped into solitude, substandard living and struggles. This status cannot be attributed to talent, hard work and time favor factors alone. Malice, avarice and discrimination provoke people to indulge in undue influences like lobbying, nepotism and embracery. These are the reasons for high corruption and quality crisis.
Both defective and destructive sides prevent emergence of more beneficiaries and right animators as well as allow and assist a clan and dynasty of muggers to run the society.
Men has basic, advanced and sophisticated needs. While facilitating growth, administration should have prime focus on assuring equality in basic needs such as shelter, food, clothing, education, earning, healthcare, security and justice. Inequalities in grades of these provisions should never affect their benefit and reliefs. In rigid equality principles like communism, society suffers due to growth control. In flexible or liberal equality systems, society faces huge divide and uncontrollable growth hazards. Organized equality instead of compulsive, random and deceptive ones, is need of the hour.
No issue is personal as long as we live in a society. Social conditions impact on individuals and similar conditions of individual pervade to make social issues. Individual exposures, especially wrong ones instigate sensational impressions and prompt imitation in the surroundings. Even most private and personal nature of issues have limited ambits. When they become intruders by taking a diverted track and get exposed in general and public natures, rights of privacy and liberty will get invalidated.
Man harms himself by inviting and preserving ignorance, egotism and other ills. External harm comes through persons and substances like alcohol, drugs and other hazards. Third level harm emanates when he resorts to tools of terror and violence, and attempts to harm others. No one is having the right to harm even himself.
·         Every man is guarded by administrative and social custodianships apart from his personal rights and privileges. Social guardians have the right to prevent and arrest self-harming.
·         Such harming will get wild spread effect and inspire erroneous precedence.
·         Especially in contexts of smoking, alcoholism and drugs, every consumer patronizes the industry and supports harming of numerous victims.
In learning and working environments, concerned authorities handle ethical management. This divisional responsibility is limited within their borders and they can never bother about or deal with issues in other divisions, with authority. For example, office or school management cannot interfere in personal issues unless they affect their system and functions. Noble people should always influence lives of the needy, using their thought, speech and assistance tools.  

Message of ethics
Ethics is cultivation of determination needed to fix with right principles and discard others, rather than an information chart of right and wrongs. Ethical system configures its messages in a format that is strong, solid and sensitive. A message is strong if its importance, indispensability and impacts are well addressed; it is said to be solid if the contents cover the foundation, contexts, tools and applications in detail. Message becomes sensitive when it merges with the receiver and provokes his wish, anguish and action.

Communicating ethics
Ethical communication needs to be effective and rapid. If right tools based on the mind setup of recipients are not selected, if right form and dosage of the vigor are not provided and if right person is not handling ethical transmission, the venture fails. Teaching ethics is different from imparting languages, arts and sciences. It needs a distinct language, dynamic logic and dignified love to penetrate minds, pressurize will and plant ethics. Ethical substance has five dimensions; Definition of ethics, reasons and methods for being ethical, maintaining ethical standards amidst inner struggles, ways to combat with unethical forces and succeed and ability to inculcate the above said. Definition, the first dimension and foundation of ethics is very much available to common sense, research and propagation. Apart from mere mentioning of qualities, definition should present multidimensional views of qualities and response, and instigate appreciation.
Second needs a thorough logical presentation and contextual modeling of ethics. Third is an individual exercise and commitment, fourth is possible by social action and revolutions and the last only by radiance of inner realization.
Practicing ethics is difficult. More capacity is needed for its effective teaching. Management of the same in a complex circle is a giant job. Serious activists aim at a revolutionary change in the global trend. Unless proper team, tempo and time are not selected before exposure, budding spirit of change will be trampled by inimical forces that are deep rooted and powerful. Impact analysis
Every action has its reaction. Ethical delinquency too has inexorable impact on every particle of the world. In many issues, we realize immediate effects and also we notice future impacts, ‘distribution of impact to other places’ and ‘impact on associates and next generations’. Few violations may be simple, but their collective and cumulative effects will be sizeable and alarming. We observe such conspicuous reflections of ethical misconducts, serious like global warming and fatal like weapons of mass destruction and wars.
Even in common sense it is apprehendable that our role as victimizer is inbuilt with vulnerability of a victim. Impacts of ethical disorder are visible only in their victims. Impact on the wrong doer is hardly visible. Spirituality assures divine justice. But in the program of creating social order, we are given the first responsibility and God’s duty is just to assist, fine tune and to finish the leftovers. So, bringing immediate impact of breach of ethics on the violators is a social responsibility. This responsibility executed by small clusters in limited spaces, if emerges as consolidated and solid mass consensus, it is branded as revolution.
If ethical behaviors are rewarded and ethical trespassers are punished instantaneously, there won’t be any need for high level threat and transformation machineries. Ethical impact has both tangible and subtle and tangible dimensions. When the fruit of our violations boomerang in our present and future lives as loss and miseries of various forms, a simple mind cannot comprehend their connectivity with our misbehaviors. Spiritual philosophy portraits the tenacious bondage between deeds and impacts and its realization enables us to preview and cognize connectivity between every cause and its effect. Spiritual science also reveals that disturbances in life consciousness levels caused by disharmony and cruelties will have effect in natural bodies and forces also.  Eco-science and economics have clearly endorsed the role of eco-ethical breaching in all ecological and economic disasters.

Ethical alliances
Ethics is always misconceived as a failure model and unethical means are glorified as tools for triumph. Really, adverse forces are not successful because of their nature but by preparedness for risk, resilient action, organized integrity and numerical strength of its processors. Similarly a lacking in these qualities is cause of failure in ethical ventures. This is in practical view but philosophy certifies greater inherent power to ethics that manifests through proper channels, forces and methods. In anyway, an external agency for ethical enlightenment and empowerment is essential.

Ethical living is ever associated with pain, futility and perils. This is due to unethical majority, unity and authorities in our environment. By creating ethical majority that is inherent with unity, authority can be eventually gained. In this environment only ethical members will get recruitment, recognition and rewards and others shall face the situations that the disciplined are facing now. Ethical warriors and architects have to form majority, unity and authority (MUA) in ethical forces.
The first stage may be strugglesome. Bringing manageability in the next stage, ethical benefits can be harvested in the final stage.
Ethics is also accused as a limiter and blockade of liberty and joy. Liberty is perceived and experienced as scope for aimless and unsafe lives. Ethics forms the safe boundaries of liberty where beneficiaries can be safe and rejoice sustainable benefits. So secure life under ethical care is liberty. According to eudemonics, the science of happiness, pristine and perennial joy is possible only through ethics. Other moments are just emotional disorders granting transient exultation and endless misery. Ethical living generates in its holders, a silent stream of bliss, irrespective of ‘failure and success’ and ‘pain and pleasure’. Ethical bliss incessantly showers hope, zeal and energy.
‘Ethics-liberty-joy-progress alliance’ is not unnatural as it is thought. At the same time, it is our responsibility, effort and diligences that structure and strengthen it.
‘Bringing back ethics’
·         Ethicists consider the pride of ethical living itself as the supreme grant of its practice. Sacrificing pleasure, possessions and even their lives for the cause of implementing and implanting ethics is their life goal. But mass can never be satisfied with pride and are not prepared for sacrifice. Rewards of ethics should be given to them as security and development without which they will either be away from ethics or associate with evils. To maximize ethical involvement, they also need recognition, support and all other sources of encouragement
·         Present society is accustomed to unethical subways like bribery, recommendation and influence, for survival, progress and emergency needs.
·         Lobbyists utilize as well as organize scarcity and competition, and create undue demand and price hike. This reflects on all indispensable life needs like shelter, healthcare and studies, making them accessible only to fortunate, extraordinary and felons. Unless fair resource distribution, price control, subsidization and aid are organized along with measures for increasing purchasing ability of consumers, ethical life will be a synonym for substandard living. An ethical follower should get his rightful needs and should not be expected to lose his living for an ethical victory.
·         Similarly ethical practitioners and whistle blowers face tension, threats and attacks from social aliens. Unless they are protected, ethical system will be discouraged and demoralized. There should be an organized network for facilitating smooth living and providing safety and support to ethical beneficiaries.
·         Ethical practice also needs moral courage to face adversities. Especially when one gets transformed, he has to face the struggles of change and develop adaptability. Simple unethical means are selected only to avoid pressures and failures, and confirm promptitude, priority and exorbitance in our deals. Same results can be endured or obtained through planned action and protest. Ethics is encroached when we interrupt a process and extract beyond our deserving. Prudence, patience, simplicity and contentment nullify opportunities for unethical intrusion.
·         Unethical measures to counter similar forces and for rectification of impacts of one’s unruly acts cannot be justified as they introduce new perils and reverse reaction. Anti-ethics can be countered only by potent ethical force.
·         Those who have an erring nature, developed by exposure, association, experience and compulsions, and are lacking interest and knowledge in any alternative engagement, need counseling, moral aid and rehabilitation. Without provisions and support for socialization, ‘the immersed’ have no other option than continuing their accustomed life style and schedules.
·         Serious unethical means are followed for misappropriation, suppression and law evasions. Those who are busy in crazy race of power and resource hunt, acquisition, augmentation, retention and combat, create highest order of ethical disaster through political and economic channels. They can be curbed only by mighty mass agitations.
·         Those who are beyond the access of our teaching and transformation programs can be countered by organizing and reinforcing their social bases. Industrialists have laborers, corporate houses have employee teams and political heads have resourceful and influential representatives as their first level social base. Mass society in the names of consumers, clients, customers and citizens form the second level social base. Awareness created in the first and second levels of social base will induce alert and compulsory transformation in inaccessible targets.
·         If affluent and potent don’t realize or bother about the impact of their action on others, their victims, prospective victims and vigilant public only should restore order. Inability to bring social concern in intruders should be immediately followed by integrated action of self-concern of their prey.  Creating a federation of transformers for this social influence should be utmost priority of ethical forums. Initial spark of alert, alarm and action, triggered in any corner and aided, will reflect in all centres and sections of the society.  This mobilization is the main function of ethical machineries. 

Hope for dawn
Every error starts as a rare one, then it becomes occasional and ends as habitual issue in a person. Simple issues, if unattended emerge as serious perils. Similarly individual disorders evolve as social mishaps. Stealthy practices become casual, public and even official when they gain social grip. Negligence in this first phase had been the manure of abnormity. Leaving ethics to fade by our social insensitivity and after making a small job an arduous adventure, now ethical grace is vigorously sought.
Thinking to change the track of mainstream world of seasoned leaders, corporates and other systems, with very few people may be absurd or discouraging. But count shortcomings can be compensated by capacity and even capacity deficit can be overruled and rectified by commitment that evolves from constructive thought process and influence.
Thoughts are neither evasion resorts nor substitutes of action. But deeper and stronger thoughts make our words and deeds powerful and impactful. So, ethical mission should be inaugurated with a vibrant thought revolution.

Action plan
We have to fashion a new era of ethics with constructive wisdom base and dynamic action.
·         Everything related to ethics such as its different perspectives, references, study bases, debate extracts, real-life messages and impact versions should be compiled and brought as ‘An encyclopedia of ethics’.
·         An effective consultancy should be formed for serving ethical practitioners with suitable ideas, clarification and assistance to implement ethics in general life.
·         A research institute that analyses social situations and offers applicable customized models and assignments for conducting and succeeding in ethics should be formed. Especially for employing ethics in risky areas like business or politics, special training for ethical sustenance is needed. A distinct teaching pattern and dedicated teachers are needed. The institute, apart from its academic shape, should also partner with policy makers, administrators, social activists and citizen groups for systematic social action.

·         Like other quality evaluation agencies, firms for ethical statistics and assessment should be constituted for survey, study and advisory support. They will observe and report about internal and external ethical conduct (IEC, EEC) of institutions, departments, places and common society, with specific details of parameters considered, process executed and points received. These assignments may be initiated by their inbuilt public interest objective or by an external appeal of parties or public organizations. The exhaustive report will include alerts and suggestions for remediation as well as control measures and enhancements needed. Such movements will boost public awareness and motivate corrections in targeted environments.
·         Great ethical dealings are organized and distributed only in elite levels. Their simplified directives should reach grass root society that needs more ethical care and control. Ethics should be an active wing and department of all institutions instead of being a separate optional and dull machinery. In spite of mode difference, ethics and rules both should have equal and strong position in the society. These three parallel tracks enable prompt ethical renaissance.
Let us be hopeful, united and committed for this prime duty that is going to rewrite global destiny.
